Pablo Villagra has over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry mainly in drilling, with specific knowledge in Operations, Quality Systems and Manufacturing. Pablo believes in the clear vision of the leadership as well as the empowerment of the team, and he is a true believer that every team member has a part to play in business transformation.

Pablo Villagra’s is experienced in certified facilities in API, ISO and OSHAS, has been directly involved in the Competency Program for the pull of Service Technicians, has implemented Social Responsibility programs, and has extensive experience in different Countries and Cultures.

Family values-oriented, Pablo is a proud father who believes in leading by example, focusing on integrity and healthy living.

In his spare time, Pablo is an amateur triathlete.
