NTS Amega Global Continues International Expansion and Acquires of Steinsvik Production.
Recently, NTS Amega Global, completed the successful acquisition of Steinsvik Production AS, a prominent player in the Machining Services sector supporting energy clients in the North Sea. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in NTS Amega Global’s growth strategy and strengthens its position in the market.
The acquisition will see operations at Steinsvik Production’s Frakkagjerd facility continuing as usual, with a notable increase in production capacity. Ingvar Steinsvik, Chairman, and co-owner of Steinsvik Production AS, will remain in his role for the next year before retiring. His wealth of experience and leadership will contribute to a smooth transition and integration of Steinsvik Production into the NTS Amega Global family.
Established in 2004, Steinsvik Production AS moved into a state-of-the-art production facility in 2007, located at Frakkagjerd in Tysvær municipality. The facility boasts 1,200 square meters of space, including a 1,050 square meter production facility equipped with specialized areas for material storage, cutting, production, assembly, deburring, quality control, marking, and finished products.
Additionally, the facility features offices, changing rooms, and a dining/conference room to support a conducive working environment. The surrounding outdoor area, spanning approximately 3,000 square meters, is landscaped and paved, providing a secure and efficient operational space.
